Charles Paidock, a regional vice president for the National Federation of Federal Employees in Chicago, is steamed. According to a Chicago Sun-Times report, the General Services Administration took issue with a display he put up at the Kluczynski Federal Building in the city featuring union membership literature and holiday treats. Paidock, apparently, hadn't filled out the necessary forms for approval of such a display. So in the middle of the night Monday, it suddenly disappeared. Paidock's take on the situation?
