The Transportation Security Administration has an extremely comprehensive guide to holiday travel up, and it raises issues I hadn't even considered. It seems to me that no pie in existence needs to be prepared under such exacting conditions that it's worth transporting it on a plane rather than baking it at your final destination. But anything's possible, and I'm glad TSA has the job of thinking through those scenarios for me.
